Article Summary & Then Some

The Article basically stated how Paul Facella reached to be a regional vice president after working at McDonalds for 34 years. Paul also gave six benifits to a bottom-rung job; teaches you the ropes, hones your work style, refines relationship skills, creates opportunities, forms networks, and reinforces humility.
The benifits of a bottom- rung job to me is that it teaches you how to work in a job enviornment, get the hang of it, learn to be a team- player, and learn how to deal with people. All of these will help you to prepare for your future career wherever it may be. I see no negatives to a bottom- rung job, because it is meant to teach you. I guess i have a bottom rung job because I work on base at the comissary, but i don't seem to mind it that much, it's pretty easy. It teaches me how to become a better person for the future, and there are kids like me there, so i fit in fine.
As far as the store goes, It seems to be going just fine. I see no frustrations on my part and I'm thankful for it. No frustrations must mean that i'm doing what i'm suppossed to :).
